Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy

Terms of Service

Updated: 24 June 2026

Welcome to Already Aligned By Design®, LLC (“AABD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AABD’s website, educational offerings, workshops, courses, guided programs, learning pathways, assessments, events, community spaces, materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the Services, creating an account, registering for an offering, making a purchase, entering a payment plan, or otherwise indicating acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Purpose of AABD Services

AABD is a school of human development rooted in spiritual philosophy. Our workshops, courses, programs, materials, and community spaces are designed for education, inquiry, reflection, and personal development.
AABD’s Services are educational and philosophical in nature. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis intervention, psychotherapy, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a substitute for licensed professional services.
You remain solely responsible for your personal decisions, actions, health, well-being, relationships, finances, and use of the information presented through AABD.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase or independently enroll in AABD Services.
A minor may participate only when AABD expressly permits participation and a parent or legal guardian has provided any required consent, registration information, and agreement to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, purchasing, creating an account, or communicating with AABD.

3. Educational Nature and No Guaranteed Outcomes

AABD is committed to offering thoughtful, meaningful, and high-quality learning experiences. However, individual insight, participation, integration, and outcomes vary.
AABD does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial, relational, emotional, spiritual, academic, or business result from participation in any Service. Testimonials, examples, discussions, and participant experiences are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Payment Plans

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase, including any applicable taxes or authorized payment-processing charges.
AABD may use third-party payment processors or financing providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by the terms, policies, and agreements of the applicable provider.
Payment plans and financing arrangements are offered as a payment convenience only. They do not alter your financial obligations, the no-refund policy, or the applicable program expiration period.
You remain responsible for all amounts due under any payment plan or financing agreement, whether or not you attend, participate in, complete, or use the purchased Service.

5. Refunds, Rescheduling, and Program Expiration

AABD’s Refund, Rescheduling, and Program Expiration Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Workshops

Workshop registrations are nonrefundable. Participants may request to reschedule into a future offering of the same or substantially similar workshop, subject to availability and the terms of AABD’s Refund, Rescheduling, and Program Expiration Policy.
Workshop credits or rescheduled registrations must be used within one (1) year of the original purchase date unless AABD approves an extension in writing.

Courses

Course enrollments do not expire. Participants retain access to the core course curriculum while their account remains in good standing and all payment obligations have been fulfilled.
AABD may update, improve, relocate, or transition course materials and learning platforms as the school evolves. When a material platform or course-format change is necessary, AABD will make reasonable efforts to preserve access to the course or provide substantially equivalent access.

Other Programs and Services

Unless AABD expressly states otherwise in writing, all other purchased or financed offerings—including guided programs, private programs, group learning pathways, session packages, assessments, consultations, credits, and related services—expire one (1) year from the original purchase date.
Unused sessions, credits, program components, or services remaining after expiration are forfeited and are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Refund, Rescheduling, and Program Expiration Policy, the Refund, Rescheduling, and Program Expiration Policy controls as to refunds, rescheduling, credits, and expiration.

6. Participant Conduct and Community Standards

AABD is committed to maintaining a learning environment grounded in dignity, reflection, respect, and mutual care.
You agree not to:
  • Harass, threaten, demean, discriminate against, exploit, or intimidate another participant, facilitator, staff member, or community member;
  • Disrupt a workshop, course, program, event, or community space;
  • Share another participant’s personal information, private disclosures, recordings, or contributions without permission;
  • Use AABD spaces to solicit, recruit, promote, or sell unrelated products or services without written approval;
  • Upload or share unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content;
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, credentials, or relationship with AABD;
  • Copy, record, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from AABD materials without written permission.
AABD may remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate enrollment when conduct violates these Terms, disrupts the learning environment, threatens the safety or dignity of others, or compromises the integrity of AABD’s work.
A suspension or termination resulting from a participant’s conduct does not create a right to a refund, credit, extension, or transfer.

7. Accounts and Access Credentials

Where account access is required, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share account credentials, course access, paid materials, recordings, or participant-only resources with another person unless AABD expressly authorizes it in writing.
Notify AABD promptly at admin@aabyd.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All AABD content, including but not limited to course materials, workshop materials, slides, frameworks, curriculum, videos, recordings, assessments, written content, graphics, logos, branding, website content, concepts, methods, and proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to AABD and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials solely for your own educational use.
You may not, without AABD’s prior written permission:
  • Reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit AABD materials;
  • Record or share workshops, calls, meetings, courses, or program sessions;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
  • Use AABD content to train artificial-intelligence systems, create competing materials, or develop derivative programs;
  • Present AABD materials, frameworks, or concepts as your own original work.
“Already Aligned By Design®,” “AABD,” associated logos, names, marks, and brand elements may not be used without prior written authorization.

9. Participant Contributions and Feedback

You retain ownership of content you independently create and share in AABD spaces. By submitting content through the Services, you grant AABD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the applicable Service.
AABD will not use your name, image, testimonial, voice, or personal story in marketing materials without your separate permission, except where you have clearly agreed to a specific recording, release, or promotional authorization.
Any suggestions, feedback, recommendations, or ideas you voluntarily provide to AABD may be used by AABD without obligation or compensation to you.

10. Recordings and Live Events

Certain workshops, classes, programs, or events may be recorded. When recording is planned, AABD will provide notice through the registration page, event communications, or the beginning of the session.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and may not record, photograph, screenshot, or distribute any portion of an AABD session without written authorization.
Where a participant’s image, voice, name, or contribution may be used beyond the educational delivery of the program, AABD will obtain any required separate authorization.

11. Third-Party Platforms and Links

AABD may use third-party platforms for payment processing, course delivery, video conferencing, registration, communication, community hosting, or other operational purposes.
AABD is not responsible for the availability, content, security, policies, acts, or omissions of third-party websites, platforms, tools, or service providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by AABD’s Privacy Policy, which explains how AABD collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that electronic communications, registrations, records, and signatures may be used in connection with your relationship with AABD.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AABD provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
AABD does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, or available on every device, browser, platform, or location. AABD may update, modify, pause, or discontinue aspects of the Services when reasonably necessary for operations, quality, safety, technology, or program development.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AABD and its owners, facilitators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AABD’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to AABD for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AABD and its owners, facilitators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your misuse of the Services or AABD materials;
  • Your violation of another person’s rights, privacy, or intellectual property;
  • Content you submit, share, or distribute through AABD spaces; or
  • Your unlawful, harmful, or disruptive conduct.

16. Force Majeure

AABD will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, rescheduling, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public-health events, internet or platform outages, utility failures, governmental actions, labor disputes, acts of violence, or other unforeseen events.
When reasonably possible, AABD may reschedule, modify delivery, provide an alternative format, or offer another appropriate accommodation. Refunds remain governed by the Refund, Rescheduling, and Program Expiration Policy.

17. Termination of Access

AABD may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, integrity, operations, intellectual property, or community standards of AABD.
Termination does not excuse outstanding payment obligations or create a right to a refund unless required by applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to contact AABD at admin@aabyd.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern informally. AABD will have thirty (30) days to respond and attempt resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action must be brought in the state courts located in the Georgia county where AABD maintains its principal place of business, or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, as applicable.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, confidential information, safety, or legal rights.

19. Changes to These Terms

AABD may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Purchases governed by a separately executed agreement will remain subject to that agreement where it conflicts with these Terms.

20. General Provisions

If any portion of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
AABD’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund, Rescheduling, and Program Expiration Policy, registration terms, and any separately executed agreement, constitute the complete agreement between you and AABD regarding the applicable Services.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without AABD’s prior written consent. AABD may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, transfer of assets, or successor relationship.

Refund, Rescheduling, and Program Expiration Policy

Updated: 24 June 2026

Already Aligned By Design® (“AABD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing meaningful educational experiences through its workshops, courses, guided programs, learning pathways, and related offerings. Because enrollment reserves space, access, materials, facilitation time, and/or program capacity, all purchases are governed by the following policy.

1. No-Refund Policy

All payments made to AABD for workshops, courses, guided programs, learning pathways, assessments, registrations, deposits, payment plans, financing arrangements, and related educational offerings are final and nonrefundable.
AABD does not issue refunds for:
  • A change in personal circumstances, availability, interest, or readiness;
  • Failure to attend, participate in, complete, or use a purchased offering;
  • Scheduling conflicts;
  • Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference;
  • Partial participation or unused sessions, materials, access, or program components;
  • Missed workshops, missed appointments, or expired program access;
  • Promotional, discounted, founding-participant, or scholarship-adjusted registrations.
This policy applies whether an offering is paid in full, purchased through a payment plan, or financed through a third-party financing provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights a participant may have under applicable law.

2. Workshop Rescheduling

Workshop registrations are nonrefundable; however, participants may request to reschedule their registration for a future offering of the same or a substantially similar AABD workshop, subject to availability.
To request a rescheduling accommodation, participants must contact AABD before the scheduled workshop begins. Rescheduling is subject to the following conditions:
  • AABD may allow one rescheduling accommodation per workshop registration.
  • Rescheduled attendance is subject to available dates, seats, and program capacity.
  • AABD does not guarantee that the same workshop will be offered again on a particular date, in a particular format, or at the same price.
  • Where the newly selected workshop has a higher registration fee, the participant is responsible for the difference.
  • No cash refund, credit balance, or retroactive price adjustment will be issued where the newly selected workshop has a lower registration fee.
  • Participants who do not attend and do not contact AABD before the workshop begins may forfeit their registration and rescheduling eligibility.
  • Workshop registrations and credits must be used within one year of the original purchase date unless AABD confirms an extension in writing.
AABD may, at its discretion, offer a virtual alternative, recording, account credit, or other reasonable accommodation in place of a rescheduled workshop.

3. Courses Do Not Expire

Enrollment in AABD courses does not expire. Participants retain access to the course for as long as it remains available through AABD’s learning platform, provided their account remains in good standing and all required payments have been fulfilled.
AABD may update, revise, relocate, improve, or retire course materials, technology platforms, community features, or delivery methods as the school evolves. Where practical, AABD will make reasonable efforts to maintain or provide substantially equivalent access to enrolled participants. Course enrollment does not guarantee perpetual access to a specific platform, format, recording, instructor, supplemental resource, or version of course materials.
For courses purchased through a payment plan or financing arrangement, access may be suspended if payments become past due. Completion of payment obligations remains required even if a participant chooses not to access or complete the course.

4. One-Year Expiration for Other Programs

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by AABD, all purchased or financed offerings other than courses—including guided programs, private programs, group learning pathways, session packages, assessments, consultations, credits, and related services—expire one year from the original purchase date.
Participants are responsible for scheduling, attending, and completing all included sessions or components before the expiration date.
Any unused sessions, credits, services, or program components remaining after the expiration date are forfeited and are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
AABD may consider written extension requests in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. Any approved extension must be confirmed in writing and does not establish a continuing obligation or precedent for future requests.

5. Payment Plans and Financing

Payment plans and financing arrangements are provided as a payment convenience and do not alter the no-refund policy, program expiration terms, or participant responsibilities.
Participants remain responsible for all amounts due under their selected payment plan or financing agreement, regardless of whether they attend, participate in, complete, or use the purchased offering.
Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension of access, cancellation of future scheduling privileges, or referral to the applicable financing provider, consistent with the participant’s payment agreement.

6. AABD Cancellations, Postponements, and Material Changes

In the unlikely event that AABD cancels a workshop, course, or program and is unable to offer a reasonable rescheduling, replacement, or equivalent alternative, AABD may provide one of the following remedies at its discretion:
  • Transfer to a future offering;
  • Credit toward a comparable AABD offering;
  • Access to an equivalent virtual or recorded format; or
  • A refund of the amount paid for the canceled and undelivered portion of the offering.
AABD is not responsible for participant expenses unrelated to the registration fee, including travel, lodging, childcare, lost wages, technology costs, or other incidental expenses.
AABD may make reasonable changes to instructors, facilitators, format, dates, platform, curriculum sequencing, materials, or program delivery when necessary to support quality, safety, accessibility, operations, or the educational experience. Such changes do not create a right to a refund.

7. Account Access, Conduct, and Termination

AABD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any offering when a participant violates AABD policies, disrupts the learning environment, engages in harassment or discriminatory conduct, misuses intellectual property, shares protected materials without authorization, or otherwise acts in a manner inconsistent with the integrity or safety of the AABD community.
Termination or suspension resulting from a participant’s conduct does not create a right to a refund, credit, extension, or transfer.

8. Promotions, Discounts, and Special Offers

Promotional pricing, founding-participant codes, discounts, scholarships, or other special offers are valid only during the stated promotion period and under the terms provided at the time of registration.
Promotions may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases, exchanged for cash, combined with other offers unless expressly stated, or transferred to another participant without written approval from AABD.

9. Charge Questions and Billing Errors

Participants should contact AABD promptly if they believe they were charged in error, charged more than authorized, or charged twice for the same transaction. AABD will review legitimate billing concerns and correct verified administrative or processing errors when appropriate.
For assistance, please contact:

10. Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, enrolling in an AABD offering, entering a payment plan, or using financed program access, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Rescheduling, and Program Expiration Policy.
This policy is effective as of the date listed above and may be updated by AABD from time to time. The policy in effect on the date of purchase will govern that purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
